To all of my friends out there. Please make sure you ENJOY your life while you can. Mine at the moment sucks…down and ill again.Can’t walk on the prosthetic because I have dropped a lot of weight lately and the big bucks? are not enough to do anything about it right now. Technology at it’s best. The tumor is benign! A little more than 24 hours and I’m back! The shaved spot is very small. A side part in the hair and you’d never know what just happened. Well, if I can get the iodine crap they swabbed me with for prep. out. I can’t wash my hair yet… This redhead has a little more red up there than normal. I swear I heard that drill.

Today is the burial service for another of our riders in Texas. He is but 37 years old and gone much too soon. He was in a accident about 2 weeks ago with a car and his Harley. This is one of the guys that never had an enemy it seemed. It was another case of, ” Oh, I didn’t see him “ . Happens all too often. His name is Robert Thomas and he leaves behind a wife and three small children. He will be sorely missed. He always had a smile and gets to be grinnin’ in the wind forever now. We’ll meet again Bubba.

Beautiful morning here in the quickly dissappearing country. Coffee turned out perfect. Chino hasn’t jumped on me all night. Found out my big brother is coming in from Washington today. Haven’t seen him in over a year or more. So everything is good today. I even got to thumb my nose at the Colorado Electric truck this morning as I was kicked back sipping my coffee! I did give them a thumbs up though. Soo many states have sent people here to get us back in power. I feel for the thousands and thousands that are still without. One odd thing though, I have a young couple that I’ve never seen before camping out on my empty lot by my home. Took them coffee to find out who the heck they were. Just a couple in their twenties that had been evicted from their rental and no place to go. NO I will not be moving them in here. They were just waiting for daylight to find out where they were and I’ll be giving them a ride to town to the Salvation Army so they can figure it out. Hope you are having a good day too. Peace!

I’m back! A thrill a minute folks…if ya like rollercoasters and upside down rain. I came through without ANY damage and the eye went right over us. No lights for days but all is right with my part of the world today. Everyone can stop wondering if I flew off with the wind. I can assure you that THIS hardheaded Texas gal sat it out at home with my guns and a hurricane lamp and DARED the storm or the thugs to take what is MINE! Made it too! LOL Well, it’s about dark thirty here so I’m gonna hit the sack with my trusty K-9 Chino. Night all! Peace
